KOMIXSTREAM, a division of Tveon Inc. (“KX”, “we” or “us”) is committed to maintaining trust with the users of our Website. To help us meet this commitment to you, we have created this Website privacy policy, as may be amended from time to time to time (this “Privacy Policy”). KX uses this Website to, among other things, provide you with general information about KX. Any information provided in this Website is referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Content”. We are committed to the protection of your privacy. 
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “Website” means www.komixstream.com and all its related webpages and websites (including without limitation any mobile optimized website) but does not include any third-party websites which are linked to or may link from this Website, whether or not such third-party websites are used in association with the Content. 
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose Personal Information (as defined below) that is collected by us or provided by you as you use the Website. To take advantage of some of the features of the Website you may have to provide us with your Personal Information.

PIPA defines “personal information” as information about an identifiable individual and includes “employee personal information” other than “contact information”. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means personal information (as such term is defined in PIPA) that is collected by us or supplied to us through the Website in order to operate the Website and provide the Content and for the purposes set out elsewhere in this Privacy Policy and also includes employee personal information collected by us as provided by persons in relation to their response to, and the provision of employee personal information of them in connection with, our careers page.
